PIPA 2016 (Bermuda) — This policy is issued in accordance with the
Personal Information Protection Act 2016 of Bermuda. Evolution Ltd. is the data controller
for all personal information collected through this platform.
1. Who We Are
Evolution Ltd. (“Evolution”, “we”, “us”) operates the Evolution Football Intelligence platform at
evolutionbda.com. Our contact for privacy matters is

2. What Personal Information We Collect
- Registration data: club name, head coach name, email address, phone number.
- Billing data: street address, city, state/province, postal code, country.
Card numbers are never stored by Evolution — they are tokenised directly by Authorize.net.
- Player data (coach-entered): player names, dates of birth, positions, assessment responses,
session logs, GPS data, and any notes entered by coaching staff.
This data is stored locally in your browser and is under your control.
- Usage data: pages visited, browser type, and device information, collected anonymously
for platform improvement.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process your squad subscription and activate your account.
- To send transactional emails (registration confirmation, access tokens, renewal reminders).
- To respond to support and billing enquiries.
- To improve the platform based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns.
We do not use your personal information for advertising, profiling unrelated to the service,
or any automated decision-making that produces legal effects on individuals.
4. Who We Share It With
- Authorize.net (Visa, Inc.) — payment tokenisation only. We transmit billing address
and card data directly to Authorize.net’s PCI DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure. We never
receive or store your full card number.
- EmailJS — transactional email delivery (registration confirmations, receipts).
Email content is transmitted to EmailJS servers for delivery via your chosen mail service.
- No other third parties receive your personal information. We do not sell data.
5. Player Data & Minors
All player assessment data is stored exclusively in your browser’s local storage. Evolution does not
transmit or store player assessment responses on our servers. For players under the age of 13, clubs are
responsible for obtaining parental or guardian consent before conducting assessments.
6. Data Retention
- Registration and billing records are retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance.
- Player data stored in your browser persists until you clear browser storage or uninstall the app.
- Support correspondence is retained for 3 years.
7. Your Rights Under PIPA 2016
As a data subject under Bermuda’s PIPA 2016 you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct any inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Delete your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Object to or restrict certain uses of your information.
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is consent-based.

8. Security
All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.2+). Payment data is handled exclusively by
Authorize.net’s PCI DSS Level 1 infrastructure. We implement security headers (HSTS, CSP, CORP, COOP)
and disable directory listing on all server paths.
9. Cookies
This platform does not use tracking cookies. Browser local storage is used to persist your squad’s
data. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered
clubs. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
